Time to Do my own Shedding

Ok - My Birthday is fast approaching and since my last one I have gained an astronomical 25 lbs - well maybe less but it feels like I've gained FIFTY!. A co-worker tells me about a secret method on how to do this and I will try to do that starting ASAP. So I will list the 3 things I will start tomorrow and see how this progresses in 2 WEEKS.
  1. NO MORE RICE
  2. DRINK WARM WATER AND A TABLESPOON OF HONEY FIRST THING IN THE MORNING AND MORE WATER ALL DAY LONG
  3. EAT LIGHT DINNERS
that's how far this will go for now. Of course I want to say go to the gym but hey, that would seem like a giant leap. Let me try to stabilize my Diet first. I've gained and lost weight so many times in my life and before I can go on any extreme adventures - I need to be FIT! That's right! FIT - I know it's about the inside that counts - but this is not about superficiality - this is about - well , yeah My superficial self fitting into my not so superficial self. I want my heart to work soundly and my lungs to pump oxygen normally (SHIT! I guess kicking the smoking should be in that list, as well - that's a whole new project - i'll have to keep in the sidebar). So For NOW - Warm Water and Honey it is - will let you know how this quest goes. By the way - I decided to call the water/honey/one kalamansi concoction the ABETH Diet - So thank her if it works and kill her if it doesn't - better yet - take a bite at her!
